We’re working hard to decrease the delivery time to the minimum. However, the average waiting time is 5-7 days in Europe. International orders might take a little longer and also deliveries to islands or areas with difficult access.
We offer a 3.95€ flat rate in all countries of the European Union (UE). Remaining countries in Europe and international orders, the shipping cost varies depending on the location.
You can track and trace your order. The tracking number will be included in the shipping confirmation e-mail once your order is confirmed.
The packages sent by us have a tracking number which easily can be check on the freight company’s website. Please note that, once you get the tracking code, the tracking info may take up to 36 hours to be available. Don't panic, your order is on the way!

An order can be cancelled at any point prior to processing and the shipment of the order. If you wish to cancel it, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to confirm the cancellation. When cancelling, make sure to include full name, order number, and a clear declaration you wish to cancel the order.

You always have 28 calendar days to return the goods. The right runs from the day you receive your product, or from the day you receive the final product, in the case of multiple goods are ordered in one order, but with different delivery times.
The product must be in the original packing and unpacked, and in the original conditions in order to get it returned. You are not allowed to try out and use items prior to returning and include all its labels, packaging and, if any, documentation and original accessories.
When you return the product, it must be securely packed. It is your responsibility that the product is returned to us in undamaged condition. If these conditions are not fulfilled, Boksers reserves the right to refuse such return.
You are responsible for any transportation costs in connection with item returns.
Once your goods are back at our warehouse, your refund will be processed. Please allow 5-7 days for the refund to reach your account.
We accept all credit cards: Visa, Visa Electron, DanKort, MasterCard, Maestro, Eurocard and Diners Club, among others.
We withdraw the payment in Euros at the price shown in our website. If you are buying from a bank account in a different currency, your bank will charge you in the currency of the account after doing the conversion. Please contact your bank for more information.
VAT is always included in the price. Other fees are not included in the price of the product, such as customs fees and additional taxes that might occur when orders are delivered to a country outside the EU (Including Norway, Switzerland, the Faroe Islands, Iceland and Greenland).
Boksers is not responsible of the additional charges that might occur when purchasing. The customs duty rules differ from country to country, so please contact your local authorities for more information.
