These are the general terms and conditions which apply to your purchase of goods from Boksers Online Shop when you buy through our website at www.boksers.com.

Boksers or boksers.com and the goods supplied through them are provided by Boksers Limited (referred to here as “Boksers”, “BKS”, "we", "us" and "our"). When we refer to "you" and "your" we mean the user of our online shop and purchaser of goods.

By using the website and buying from it you agree to these general terms and conditions which form part of a legally binding contract between us and you. You should read these general terms and conditions carefully before buying anything from Boksers online shop.

1. Prices of articles

All prices in our website are in Euros (€).

The price of the individual article is listed in the product overview, on the product page, and in the shopping basket. The price of the individual article includes VAT; Shipping is not included. All prices are current and are regularly updated. The availability and cost of BKS articles are subject to sold-out situations as well as printing, pricing and technical errors. This applies for both printed offers (in advertising supplements and catalogues) and any information found here on the webpage. In the event of a pricing error, we will correct it as quickly as possible.
If, by mistake, we have under priced an article, we will not be liable to supply that article to you at the stated price, provided that we notify you before we dispatch the product to you. In those circumstances, we reserve the right to cancel your order. In the event we cancel your order, we will give you a full refund on any amount already paid for that article including shipping costs in accordance with our return and refund policy.

If you have purchased an article and later see it advertised at a lower price in our web, either online or in the stores, we will make up the difference only if it is within the 28 calendar days period for returning a product.

2. Payment

Your payment is completed using a secure and encrypted connection, which ensures that your payment information cannot be accessed by an unauthorised third party. All credit card information is entered in a secure environment. We guarantee that we will not save any sensitive information on our own server. Furthermore, we cannot access any of this sensitive information at any time. You will be asked to provide the following information:

  1.    Name as appears on the card

  2.    Card number (16 digits printed on the front side of your card)

  3.    Expiry date (printed on the front of the card)

  4.    Security code (three-digit security code on the back of the card)

3. Delivery

Boksers uses third companies to perform our delivery services, depending on the size of the order. Below you can find more detailed information about delivery..

When the delivery provider receives your order they will attempt to contact you at the telephone number that you provided in your order. At that time, they will let you know what days of the week they are able to deliver to your area. Deliveries will be made between the hours of 8am and 10pm on the delivery day you select. The delivery company will call you prior to the scheduled delivery and will provide you with an approximate time window. The delivery company will make every effort to deliver within the time window provided.

You will receive a tracking number with which you can check the delivery status of your package online.

Expected delivery time

In the product page you can find the estimated delivery time. Please note that this is not a guaranteed delivery date for your order since some areas and islands may take longer due to the frequency of deliveries. We calculate the estimated time considering the total amount of time to process your order, including: packaging, transit time to the delivery provider, and transit time to the delivery address.

When placing your order, there are 2 factors to take into consideration:

Order Processing: The amount of time it takes for us to prepare your order for shipping. This typically takes 1 or 2 days however, some orders may ship within as few as 6 hrs and some may take up to 4 days.

Transit Time: The amount of time it takes your order to arrive at the delivery address provided. Depending on the zip code it could be as short as 2 days or up to 5 days.

The delivery company has been contracted to perform the delivery service to the doorstep at the delivery address provided. Please make sure there is adequate access and space to complete the delivery – prior to delivery ensure that there is adequate room to make the delivery.

Please be sure to sign the Delivery Order Note in the presence of the delivery company representative to indicate your delivery has been received. Examine your order upon delivery to ensure that there are no visible signs of damaged, missing or incorrect pieces.

Delivery attempts

The carrier will always call you before delivering the goods. We will make 2 delivery attempts to the address provided with no extra cost. After the 2nd failed attempt at delivery, a charge might apply for every delivery attempt.

5. International delivery

6. Returns policy

You always have 28 calendar days to return the goods. You must notify us of your wish to cancel your order before the expiration of this 4 weeks period, either by telephone or e-mail to team@boksers.com. The right runs from the day you receive your product, or from the day you receive the final product, in the case of multiple goods are ordered in one order, but with different delivery times.

You are not allowed to try out and use items prior to returning. The product must be unpacked in order to get it returned.

When you return the product, it must be securely packed in its original packaging. It is your responsibility that the product is returned to us in undamaged condition.

You are responsible for any transportation costs in connection with item returns.

7. Privacy policy


We collect information about our customers via server logs, cookies, order forms and competitions. Cookies are small text files containing pairs of data values that are placed on your computer by websites that you visit. They are widely used in order to make websites work, or work more efficiently, as well as to provide information to the site. You can modify your browser settings at any time. None of our cookies store any credit/debit card information nor password details.

We use them for a better and easier browsing experience in our web, because through them we are able to remember your configuration and hence make the web run faster for you, among other things.

There is no personal information stored in our cookies, since we take user’s privacy seriously. Also they do not contain viruses or any piece of code.
